The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all products and services offered by Xeryze.com. Our work is carried out with the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions. Our site has the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time without your notice. It is your responsibility to remain aware of the Terms and Conditions by reviewing it regularly. The placement of an order for design and/or any other services offered is deemed to be an acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Order Fulfillment
Once our website receives the customer’s payment, we immediately begin processing the customer’s order for fast and speedy delivery. The timeframe of processing and fulfilling the order is typically 1-4 days, but this is subject to change depending on the order size and volume. We also offer “Express Orders” at an additional charge, which will ensure you have priority in our order queue. If another customer has already purchased an “Express Order” before you, you will be below them in the queue.
We will supply graphic files as detailed in the service request. The files can be purchased in certain packages. Not all packages include source files.
The customer must fully review drafts to prevent any mistakes in the design. If, for example, the customer provides an incorrect organization name in a logo, and we complete the logo, we will not redo your design. We offer revisions and edits, not redoes.
In the unlikely event that the order turnaround time exceeds a 7 day period, a refund will be issued. All our sales consist of virtual goods. All sales are final. No returns are accepted.
Refund Policy
After the customer completes their purchase and our site receives full payment, we process the order in the fastest possible time. Our 100% Money Back Guarantee only applies if the customer dislikes their design before 30% of the job has been completed or at the first design preview. Our logo specialists will determine the percentage if a refund request is issued. If we provide additional design previews after the initial preview, then we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. We do not issue refunds for jobs that have been more than 30% completed. However, customer satisfaction is a priority for us. We will gladly work with our clients to make all the changes needed to satisfy them.
A refund will be issued with no questions asked if the order turnaround time exceeds 7 days. By agreeing to these terms and conditions of service, the customer also agrees that they do not have a right to a chargeback once the order is complete. If the customer requests a chargeback, Xeryze.com wins by default. If you do not comply with these stipulations, please do not proceed with your order.
Refunds may take up to 1 week to process and complete. This time period depends on payment method.
Ownership rights
Logo packages that do not include "Ownership rights" are still the propery of Xeryze.com and will remain the property of Xeryze.com. You can use them for non commercial use. If you'd like to register your logo design, please purchase ownershiprights before doing so.
Personal Data Collection
Your personal data will only be used to prevent fraudulent activity only. We reserve the right to disclose information that you have provided to third parties in cases of possible fraudulent activities. Your personal data can be disclosed to third parties, such as authorities or law enforcement officers. To find out more about how we manage private data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Copyright
Copyright is retained by Xeryze.com on all design work including text, graphics, ideas, visuals, and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled. They are also protected by international copyright laws.
If multiple designs are presented to the client, only the final chosen design is released from our ownership. All other designs remain the property of Xeryze.com unless specifically delineated in writing otherwise.
The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of the website and is protected by international copyright laws. All software used in this site is the property of the website or its software suppliers, and it is protected by international copyright laws.
Once our logo designer has completed your order and has marked it as "complete" the design is handed over to you and Xeryze.com takes no responsiblity for copyrights or other issues even if you have no ownership rights, we are still not responsible if your logo gets copyrighted. We ensure all our designs to be copyright free but in a rare event where a design is too similar to another brand(s), Xeryze.com will assist you in changing it up at no cost. We go through several measures along with reverse google searching all completed designs to check if anything similar gets picked up. After several checks, we send the final logo to the customer.
Stripe Purchases
Our site uses Stripe as a processor to accept payments for your orders. We also accept PayPal, and Coinbase which is used to accept cryptocurrencies
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Modifications To The Service & Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
